2025 at Jegan: consolidation, learning, and strengthening our position in zamak injection

The 2025 financial year has been a year of consolidation for Jegan, but also of learning. Beyond the figures, this year has confirmed that our industrial model—based on technical specialization, process integration, and continuous improvement—remains competitive in an increasingly demanding environment.

Operational results and sector evolution in 2025

In 2025, we increased our production capacity and the efficiency of our processes. From our main facilities, a team of 70 professionals manages 15 automated injection cells, enabling us to manufacture nearly 40 million parts in medium and long production runs with high precision and consistency, while adapting to parts of different sizes ranging from 2.5 g to 1.5 kg in weight.

Our international focus remains key: most of our production is destined for clients in foreign markets, working with strategic sectors such as automotive, home appliances, and specialized technical applications, including electronics, lighting, and access control systems.

Beyond scale and volume, what truly defines our performance is the stability of our model, its adaptability, and its long-term orientation, ensuring we can deliver quality and reliability to all our clients.

Advances in processes, quality, and sustainability

In recent years, we have strengthened three pillars that we consider fundamental to our competitiveness. First, we have consolidated our ability to offer a fully integrated manufacturing cycle. Having our own finishing and coating plant in Eibar allows us to control the entire process, from injection to surface treatments such as zinc plating, nickel plating, and chrome plating, among others. This integration not only reduces lead times and external dependencies but also significantly improves traceability and the final reliability of the component. We have also strengthened our in-house tooling manufacturing, enabling us to design and produce tools and molds tailored to our specific needs. This autonomy not only increases the speed of launching new projects but also ensures greater precision and durability in production processes, reducing downtime and associated costs.

In addition, we have continued to deepen our operational excellence through Lean Production methodologies, with a clear objective: to minimize variability and move toward the 0 PPM standard. The combination of specialized manual inspection, automated vision systems, and laboratory controls allows us to maintain quality levels aligned with the requirements of sectors such as automotive, where precision and repeatability are critical.

Sustainability continues to be a structural part of our industrial model. 100% of the energy we use comes from renewable sources, and we continuously monitor our carbon footprint under ESG criteria. We do not view this commitment as a one-off action, but as a necessary condition to remain a strategic supplier in international markets. Our certifications—such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and TISAX—reinforce this positioning and enable us to meet the most demanding regulatory requirements.
