We have our own electrolytic baths facility in Eibar.

We supply surface treatments that protect against corrosion, such as different types of zinc plating. These treatments can be carried out on both drums and racks.

CHROME PLATING

PVD

The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process on zamak metal parts is a procedure used to apply a thin layer of metallic coating on the surface of the parts. This process is carried out in a vacuum chamber, where the coating material is evaporated and deposited on the surface of the parts.

CATAPHORESIS

The cataphoresis process, also known as KTL (Kathodische Tauchlackierung) in German, is a cathodic electrodeposition coating process used to protect zamak metal parts against corrosion and other environmental damage.
